Group Homogeneity
Gotoclass groups are strictly small and homogeneous. Those groups are formed through a structured, data-driven and dynamic process in which every student is required to complete a diagnostic assessment in order to assess his/ her current knowledge base and identify any weaknesses in previous classes. To achieve further educational homogeneity, we conduct a continuous and dynamic monitoring on the level of the departments throughout the school year. Thus students of each group will be at the same level, which is a key factor for an effective and robust educational procedure.
According to numerous pedagogical research studies and meta – analyzes, homogeneity of groups leads to an optimal educational environment in which every student can perform to his / her full potential and achieves his / her goals in a small and collaborative group. At Gotoclass, homogeneity is a principle that we strictly follow and determines our entire operation. That’s why we establish a small group setting consist of four students on average. Once in place, at Gotoclass, we see small-group tuition as having two key principles for success:
a) The authentic sense of engagement within the group that helps students to develop their own academic identity, and nurtures participation and
b) the healthy competition that genuinely motivating students to achieve individual goals.
Τhe small number of students can be an extremely useful condition especially in digital classroom since students has the ability to interact and intervene in the lesson at any time formulating a thought, a question or a query.
Quality Control
Through daily evaluation of progress and effort made by our students, we consider it extremely important to improve our educational services. For this reason, the quality of education is systematically monitored. At Gotoclass we are in direct communication with our students in order to have their continuous feedback on the image they gain from both the lessons and the rest of the services of the school. Each course and each teacher is evaluated individually by the students themselves through a personalized online meeting with the administrative staff of the school. Supplementary Lessons

These lessons are taking place after agreement between student – teacher or class – teacher and can be done, either individually or in groups.

Online Tests
Tests and Exams can be quite discouraging and a stressful proccess for many students, but they are also essentially an excellent opportunity for them to fully assess the quality of their reading and their degree of preparation for the final exams. Τhat’s why in Gotoclass we train our students to overcome exams fear by understanding their true potential though the results. Frequency of competitions is crucial as it ensures a significant familiarity with the process. From our many years of experience, it is indisputable that in addition to excellent knowledge of the subject matter and critical thinking, many times a very good familiarity with the experience of the exams is a necessary condition for the optimal result.
Thus as an online Tutoring Center we constantly conduct an 180 minute exam in order to ensure that every student is well prepared before the final exams. Our in-depth exams support students to develop their critical thinking skills and reinforce the learning students do in class, leading to a positive impact on teaching and learning. Each exam is carefully designed to consolidate that every student learns:
1) to manage his time, 2) stay focused during the exam 3) recognize and respond to the exact demands of the subjects and finally 4) performing well under pressure. For these reasons, the participation of our students in the exams is mandatory. The exams as well as the assessment of the oral examined students are conducted online for all classes.
